Friendly, informative, reassuring - great service from Sara :)

So glad I booked in with Sara.
I was not confident in using my baby carrier and didn’t want to risk accidentally smothering my baby. After YouTubing, chatGPT-ing and trying and trying I booked in to see Sara. It made such a difference having a physical person there to talk to, show me what works for me and talk me through how to use my specific carrier because let’s face it - YouTube and ChatGPT just don’t replace the hands on experience of an actual human. She was thorough, a pleasure to talk to and so helpful.
Highly recommend.
